Introducing "Your Background Tasks"

Wondering about the status of your downloads or uploads? No more guessing! With the new “Your Background Tasks" feature, you can now see the progress of your generated reports or imports in real-time, get confirmation when they're successfully completed, or spot a failed status if something goes wrong. This update ensures you're always in the know about your files, making your experience more efficient.

Look for "Your Background Tasks" in the top bar, right next to your avatar.

Automated Email Delivery for Completed Visits

Say goodbye to manually exporting and sharing reports! We’ve introduced a new scheduled email feature that automatically sends the Excel file of completed visits directly to your inbox, making report access faster and more convenient.

Photo Gallery Link in Visits Report

Accessing and sharing visit images just got easier! The Visits report export now includes a single link per visit to a photo gallery containing all audit images. This streamlines image access, especially for users without portal access.

Edit Schedule Option Removed from Calendar View

To prevent data discrepancies and ensure a seamless workflow, the option to edit scheduled visits directly from the Calendar view has been removed. Previously, editing could disrupt offline field reps. Moving forward, to update a scheduled visit, delete the existing entry and add a new one.

Improved Visit Time Tracking in Unplanned Visits Report

We’ve added a calculated duration feature based on specific rules for unplanned visits to help you track time more accurately. Now, you can easily compare the actual visit duration with the calculated one, providing better insights and ensuring precise tracking of time spent on visits.
