We’ve upgraded the planogram experience! You can now build and customize your own question sets directly within each planogram and tailor them exactly to your needs. Whether it’s for one store or a hundred, reuse your saved questions across different planograms to save time and stay consistent. It’s flexible, scalable, and builds your planograms exactly the way you need them.

Coming Soon: Simpler Visit Management

We’re updating the branch visit system to make it more intuitive. Soon, all visits will have clear statuses (Done, Missed, Pending, Skipped, Cancelled) and must be linked to a visit type. Existing visits will automatically be labeled as Regular (Planned) or Extra Mission (Unplanned), and on the mobile app, selecting a visit type will be required when adding a visit to the schedule.

What do these terms mean?

  • Planned visits → Added at the start of the cycle and follow a predefined schedule.

  • Unplanned visits → Added later, often for emergencies or extra tasks not part of the original plan.

  • Scheduled visits → Created by admins through the portal (can be planned or unplanned).

  • Adhoc visits → Created by field reps from the mobile app (always unplanned).

Custom Max Distance per Branch

You can now set a custom max distance at the branch level. The new Max Distance (m) field is available in the branch info form and import templates.

If a value is set for a branch, it overrides the company-wide max distance; if left empty, the company setting applies.

Extended Background Task Progress

We’ve extended the Background Tasks feature to cover more bulk uploads. In addition to SKUs and Warehouses, you can now also track progress when uploading Journey Plans and Stores/Branches. This ensures you always see the real-time status of your imports and can quickly identify any failures.

Column Layout in More Reports

The Column Layout feature (show/hide columns) is now available in Expiry Reports, VAR, Summary, and Data Bank reports. This gives you the flexibility to view only the data that matters most, just like in other reports where column layout is already supported.

Price Collection: Complete All Fields

We’ve added a new option to ensure all price fields are completed before a visit can be submitted. This update ensures complete and reliable data in your Price Collection reports. It can be enabled through the security tag “Fill all data in Price Collection module”.
