User Performance Alert Update

We’ve upgraded the User Performance Alert to give you more control over which field reps' data is sent and who receives it. Previously, alerts were limited by team privileges. Now, you can filter by specific field reps and send performance reports directly to non-portal users, ensuring greater flexibility.

In-Store Time Report Improvements

We've enhanced the In-Store Time Report with new calculations for better analysis, including a Total Duration column that displays the sum of in-store time based on selected grouping parameters.

Branch Images Management in Branches Data Bank

We've added the ability to update branch images directly in the Branches Data Bank. You can now upload new images and edit existing ones in the Branch Info tab.

Bulk Delete Visit Images in Visits Report

You can now multi-select and bulk delete visit images in the Visits Report for easier management.

SKU Audit Changes Tracking in Logs

Audit logs now capture SKU Audit edits, tracking modifications and identifying the admins who made the changes.

User Filtering Added to OOS Reports

A new user filter has been added to key reports to help monitor individual performance. This update applies to OOS Summary, OOS per SKU, OOS per Store, OOS Trend, Consecutive OOS, Consecutive OOS Data Bank, Top 10 SKUs, and the Availability Report.
