Simplify Reporting with Saved Filters in Availability Report
Are you tired of repeatedly selecting multiple filters when opening the Availability Report? If so, we have a solution for you! We’ve introduced the ability to save filters, allowing you to reuse them later with just one click. This enhancement simplifies your reporting process, empowering you to focus on the most essential data without any hassle.
Access Visit Audit Images with Centralized Ease
Great news! You will no longer need to copy and paste image links from the visit details' exported Excel file. We’ve made things easier by combining all audit images captured during a visit into a single link, conveniently provided in the Visits tab of your exported Excel file (within the Visits report). What’s more, enjoy a smooth experience without the need to log in.
Bulk Upload SKU Images
We heard you loud and clear! Say goodbye to the tedious task of uploading SKU images one by one. Now, you can bulk upload all your images at once, contained in a zip file, having each image named with either the company code, barcode, or reference number. This improvement not only saves valuable time and effort but also ensures a more efficient workflow.
Filter Latest Visits in Planogram Data Bank Report
Discover enhanced efficiency with our latest feature, allowing you to filter the recent audit for each planogram in every branch. Try it today!
Import Promotions by Country, Region, City, or Store
In response to your valuable feedback, we’ve enhanced the promotion import feature to provide greater flexibility and efficiency. Now, you can import promotions based on country, region, city, or store with the system using the lowest specified level. With this upgrade, you can simply include the desired region and it will automatically apply the promotions to all branches under that region.
Multiple Barcode Scanning Libraries on Mobile App
We’ve introduced a new feature that enables your field reps to change and select from a list of available scanning libraries within the settings, accessible via the side menu. This enables them to choose the library that works best for their device, aiming to optimize product searches and ensure a more efficient user experience.
Introducing Exciting Modifications to our Promoter Modules
Learn more about Shelvz Trade Promotion Modules
Enhancing campaign functionality
Previously, only promotional items could be added to campaigns! Now, we've expanded campaign capabilities to include regular SKUs, offering promoters the flexibility to showcase new products.
Enabling non-campaign SKU visibility in the Visitors module
Promoters were limited to selecting only campaign-specific SKUs within the Visitors module. With this new feature, we’ve extended their capabilities allowing them to distribute any SKU, even those not included in the campaign. This update allows them to take advantage of opportunities when visitors show interest in items from other brands within their company. By showcasing their products and highlighting their benefits, promoters can significantly boost their chances of making successful sales. Unlock this feature in the module settings page.
Introducing sampling and testing features within the campaign
We've implemented sampling and testing activities within campaigns! It allows your field reps to log samples taken by visitors during client visits, providing valuable insights into sample distribution and its impact on sales conversions.
Revamping the promoter Inventory Tracker module
Our Inventory Tracker module has undergone a makeover! Promoters can now easily manage the stock movement, including stock in and out for each item. They can even add relevant movement types such as Visitor, Testing, Damage, New Arrival, and Replenishment, facilitating easy tracking and categorization of stock movements.
