This month’s updates are built to make your daily tasks easier and more efficient.
Highlights
Send OOS notifications via WhatsApp.
Delete entire visits or specific module data through a secure UI.
Use the new unit filter to convert quantities in the Stock Replenishment report.
Filter maintenance requests by type in the Asset Maintenance report.
OOS Notification Now Available on WhatsApp
The existing out-of-stock (OOS) notification, previously sent via SMS and email, can now be delivered through WhatsApp. It includes the OOS percentage of audited SKUs and is sent after each submitted visit based on a specified threshold.

Delete Visit or Specific Module Data Directly from the Portal
Due to frequent requests for deleting visit data, we've added a new feature that gives you full control to manage it yourself.
You can now delete entire visits or select specific modules' data through a dedicated interface - no need to reach out for support.
A delete icon now appears in the Visits report, but only for users with the “Delete visit” access right.
Clicking the icon takes you to a new page where you can:
Delete the full visit and its schedule
Delete the visit only
Delete specific modules by selecting them from a list
To confirm deletion, you’ll need to type “permanently delete” to prevent accidental removal.
Once confirmed, the deletion process will be tracked under Your Background Tasks, allowing you to monitor real-time progress.

Unit filter and Layout Enhancements in Stock Replenishment Report
The Stock Replenishment report now includes a Unit of Measure (UOM) filter that automatically converts actual quantities based on your selected unit.
Two new columns have been added:
Quantity: Displays the converted value
Unit: Reflects the selected unit from the filter
These updates also apply to the scheduled email version of the report. Additionally, we’ve renamed and reordered the columns for a cleaner, more organized view.

New Type Filter Added to Maintenance Requests Report
To help you narrow down your search, we’ve added a Type filter to the Maintenance Requests view. This new filter displays all predefined options for quicker and more focused access.
