Highlights
Asset Maintenance is now a trackable, shared workflow between field reps, suppliers, and admins.
Side menus are now grouped into clearer sections.
Asset Maintenance: New Structured Workflow
We have upgraded Asset Maintenance to a trackable workflow between field reps, suppliers, and admins.
Field reps create maintenance requests in the app by selecting the asset and component, choosing the issue type, adding a comment, and taking a photo.
Suppliers can see only requests linked to their assigned components, update the case status with remarks and photos from the mobile app, and view them in the portal. They also receive email alerts when field reps submit new requests for them.
Admins track every case in the Maintenance Requests report and receive scheduled summaries of open requests.
This replaces ad hoc follow-ups via email or WhatsApp with a single, shared workflow that shows exactly who did what and when.




Side Menu Reorganization: Merchandiser, Sales/Promoter, & Setup
We reorganized the side menu to make it easier for you to find what you need, faster:
Grouped Merchandiser modules into clearer sections.
Cleaned up and slightly reorganized the Sales/Promoter/Setup menus so related items sit together in a more logical way.
This is the first step. Next, we will continue organizing the submenu items under each module to maintain consistency and ease of navigation.
