Monthly Limits and Allowance Report

We have added a new feature to the Schedule Requests page that introduces monthly limits for supervisors, helping you manage visit scheduling more effectively. It allows you to set specific limits on the number of hours supervisors can request for different types of visits. For example, a supervisor can be limited to requesting up to 20 hours of overtime visits per month for their field reps.

In addition to this, we’ve added an Allowance Report, which provides a clear breakdown of each supervisor’s monthly limits, showing how many hours they’ve used and what’s left.

Better Scheduling for Field Reps

We know scheduling can be tricky when field reps want to complete visits from next week’s schedule. Previously, visits added through the “Add Schedule” feature in the app were labeled as “Extra Mission” or “Added by User,” creating confusion and additional manual work for you.

Now, field reps can view and complete future visits directly in the app! This new feature allows them to navigate between weeks, optimizing their schedule and reducing the need for you to adjust or delete visits manually.

Easily manage the number of visits field reps can view and start by adjusting the Activity Settings.

Preview Surveys Before Visits

No more guesswork! We’ve added a preview option in the mobile app, allowing field reps to view all survey questions before their visit. With just a tap on the preview icon next to each survey, they will know exactly what’s required of them, making it easier to prepare and complete the survey after the visit.

Enhanced Survey Image Uploads

We’ve upgraded the image-type questions in surveys to offer more flexibility. Now, field reps can upload images directly from their gallery, not just take live photos. This makes data collection smoother and more convenient for your team and anyone filling out surveys. To enable this feature, simply tick the "Enable Gallery Access" checkbox when creating or editing a survey.

Bulk Upload Planogram Images

We heard you loud and clear! Say goodbye to the tedious task of uploading planogram images one by one. Now, you can bulk upload all your images at once in a zip file, with each image named by the planogram reference number. This improvement saves you valuable time and effort, making your workflow more efficient than ever.

The New Enhanced Portal Navigation Experience
